Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Enchanted Apps AI apps: Bite Count, Leaf Doctor, Stone Lens and Reply Spark. Enchanted Apps is a brand of Enchanted Light Festival LLC ("we", "us").

What we process

Photos and text you choose to submit. When you tap scan or "Get replies," the photo (resized) and any text you typed or pasted are sent over HTTPS to our server and then to Google's Gemini API to produce the result. We do not store your photos or text on our servers after the result is returned. Google processes the request under the Gemini API Terms.
A random device ID. The app creates a random ID (not linked to your name, email or phone) so we can enforce daily free limits. We store a daily counter for that ID for up to 2 days.
Subscription status. If you subscribe, Google Play tells us whether your subscription is active. We never see your payment card.

What stays on your device

Your history, food log, goals and saved results are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.

What we don't do

No ads, no ad trackers, no selling or sharing of personal data, no account required. We don't use your content to train AI models.

Reply Spark

Only submit chats you're comfortable sharing. Remove other people's names or personal details first if you can. Suggested replies are AI-generated; you decide what to send.

Health and value disclaimers

Calorie, plant-health and stone-value results are AI estimates and may be wrong. They are not medical, nutritional, safety or appraisal advice. Never eat a plant or mushroom based on an app result.

Children

These apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your choices and contact

You can stop using the app and clear its data at any time. Questions or deletion requests: asktimany@gmail.com.
